“I’m passionate about hair and absolutely love what I do! My expertise in hair color allows me to give straight answers about color maintenance and hair expectations. I’m fluent in many hair color lines — such as Goldwell, Davines, Schwartzkof, L’Oréal, and Wella — which helps me translate and understand formulas and reproduce previous treatments for my clients. Personal: Yvette has two sons and she LOVES to Salsa dance.
Jane has been fortunate enough to learn from some of the very best. She grew her technical skills in CT and NYC.
After years of mastering her business behind the chair, she opened her own salon in CT that she co-owned for 11 years. It was there that she honed in on her leadership and business skills. She helped grow a business of 3 into 30.
She moved to North Carolina August 2019.
She joined the Bacio Salon team in January of 2020. She is working behind the chair taking guests on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
”For as long as I can remember, I admired beauty in any form it held: art, music, nature and above all, people.” Throughout adolescence, hair and makeup became a hobby for her. It allowed her new identities and to change them when she wanted.
The short metamorphosis of appearance is still empowering to her to this day.
After high school she moved south from New England and began her journey to cosmetology school. Soon, her hobby manifested into a passion of creating beauty for others. Helping her guests see the beauty that is already there is by far the most gratifying part for her.

I have been doing hair since 2007 and have always had a heart for making others feel their best. Having your hair done is usually just the pick me up you need to turn your day/week/month around and I love being a part of that. I am passionate about color services it never gets old to see my clients reactions when they see themselves in the mirror. I am thrilled to be behind the chair at Bacio giving all my clients the transformations they’ve been envisioning.

You will find Marie at our Front Desk in the afternoon and evenings. She has been a professional freelance makeup artist for the last 10 years. She provides on location make up services for weddings and events.
When she’s not working, you will find her traveling the world creating life experiences. She is an intrinsic part of our Bacio Team.
At Bacio Salon, we have a 5-Level system for our stylists. At each level, our stylists are working extremely hard on specific goals. They are not only being educated on their creative talent and skills, but how to see and run their business behind the chair to better serve our guests. The better they become, the better equipped they are to serve any and every client with their hair goals! When this happens, they have earned a promotion to the next level. As they move up in levels, their prices increase. The skills they have developed have more value to them.
We are also very sensitive to our guests, as most of you have a "Beauty Budget." When your stylist has exceeded your budget, we encourage you to have a conversation with your stylist about the subject. She will be more than happy to make several suggestions. One may be to introduce you to one of our other talented stylists within your budget! Your new stylist will work closely with your previous stylist to address your needs, history, and concerns so that you can look your best.
This Level System enables our stylists to learn and grow into the stylists they have always dreamed of.
As a guest, you will continue to receive the quality and service that you deserve, and still stay within your budget.

Last minute cancellations and no shows
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice. We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. Since the appointment time is reserved for you personally, our stylist misses out as well.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or complimentary services as a result of a change of mind.
