No Show Policy

Last minute cancellations and no shows

 

First time is on us

No worries…we all get busy and forget!

Second time - 50% is due

We hate you missed your appointment…as a favor we will only charge you half to reserve your next appointment.

Third time - 100% is due

We missed you, but your stylist has been waiting…

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice. We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. Since the appointment time is reserved for you personally, our stylist misses out as well.

Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or complimentary services as a result of a change of mind.

Product Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date, and exchange for an alternate product.
