Cancelation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and things can come up. However, to ensure we respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Policy:
First No-Show: A non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Second No-Show: A non-refundable fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This must be paid before booking any future appointments. Failure to pay will result in being unable to book with us in the future.
New Clients:
Color Services: A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service but is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or complimentary services as a result of a change of mind.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date, or return for salon credit.
